Tuition and Fees

OCA desires to enable children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to have access to excellent education. Through reasonable tuition and the Oaks Scholarship Program, OCA brings together students from all walks of life into an academically enriching environment where every child can flourish.

Traditional Model 

$5,200 | 3 Day a Week Preschool (3 year olds): MWR 9:00AM – 1:00PM 

$6,300 | 5 Day a Week Preschool (4 year olds): M-F 9:00AM– 1:00PM 

$8,750 | Kindergarten – 6th grade: M-F 9:00AM-3:30PM

$8,750 | 7th-8th Grade: M-F 8:30AM-3:40PM

Blended Model 

$3,900 | 1st-5th Grade Blended Model: 2 Full Days a Week 8:40AM-3:30PM

$5,650 | 6th Grade Blended Model: MWR 8:40AM-3:30PM

$5,650 | 7th-8th Grade Blended Model: MWR 8:30AM-3:40PM

Fees

Traditional Model Fees

$1000 | New Family fee - This is a one time fee for new families, regardless of how many children are enrolled. This fee serves to support staff development and the further development of OCA’s academic programs and facilities.

$250 | Student Resource fee - This serves as a non-refundable deposit. This fee goes toward the cost of purchasing books, Montessori hands on materials, and Classical Education curriculum for each classroom. This doubles as a non-refundable deposit that will hold your child’s spot.

$150 | Extracurricular fee - This covers the cost of snacks and field trips that are taken throughout the year. This amount can be rolled into the monthly tuition if desired.

Blended Model Fees

$250 | New Student Enrollment Fee - This serves as a non-refundable deposit that will hold your child’s spot.

$150 | Curriculum Fee - This non-refundable fee covers digital curriculum permissions/use for OCA’s whole school licenses, Montessori hands-on materials your child uses while at OCA, the Handwriting Without Tears Handwriting Workbook, and Blended Model Curriculum Binders parents receive with sample daily homeschool schedules, science and history curriculum maps, etc. 

$150 | OPTIONAL Field trip fee- This fee covers field trips throughout the year.

Scholarships

The OCA Scholarship Program is focused on making private education available to families from the low income urban community.  Scholarships are given based on availability, financial need, and variety of other considerations. Anyone is welcome to apply for a scholarship and priority is given to families from the low income urban community.  You can access our online scholarship application here.

* Scholarships become available for students 4 yrs old and older who attend the 5 day a week program.

*Oak City Academy expects parents who are divorced, separated, or no longer living in the same household to both be a part of their child's application for financial aid. 

* Fee Scholarships are available for qualifying families.
